Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary requirements and conditions to be fulfilled by feedstuffs intended for animal with particular nutritional purposes.
Feedstuffs intended for animal with particular nutritional purposes may be marketed only if they: fulfill the conditions prescribed by this Regulation; are labelled in accordance with the provisions prescribed by this Regulation; fulfill all other specific provisions provided by this Regulation and part of the Annex 1 and 2.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
Feedstuffs intended for animal with particular nutritional purposes may be marketed only if they: fulfill the conditions prescribed by this Regulation; are labelled in accordance with the provisions prescribed by this Regulation; fulfill all other specific provisions provided by this Regulation and part of the Annex 1 and 2.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of articles 7 and 8 that will enter into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
