Abstract
This Regulation prescribes: a) basic principles and rules for feed hygiene; b) conditions and procedures to ensure traceability of feed; c) conditions and procedures for registration and approval of facilities dealing with feed.
Subjects dealing with feed should control all stages of production, processing and distribution in order to meet the provisions governing food for animals and good practice.
The Annexes I-V are an integral part of this Regulation.
