Regulation on fees for plant health protection services.

This Regulation provides standards and requirements necessary for the correct calculation of fees for: phytosanitary checks of consignments comprising plants, plant products and other regulated objects coming from third countries and indicated in the List V, Part B of Annex V to the Regulation on measures against the introduction and spread of organisms harmful to plants, plant products and other regulated objects, and measures to control these organisms (Official Gazette 74/06); phytosanitary checks of plants carried out in connection with their movement; phytosanitary checks of exported or re-exported plant consignments; issuing of plant passports; laboratory analyses and tests of plant samples and identification of harmful organisms; training of plant owners, service providers and other participants involved in plant health protection as well as professional development of persons responsible for plant health protection, required to obtain authorisations for issuance of plant passports.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
