Abstract
This Regulation establishes the criteria and the related fees and charges for the registration of ships, yachts and boats in the register of ships, yacht registry or register of boats.
The related fees are considered as an environmental tax for the first registration of yacht, boat or vessel in the National Register.
Technical information and fee scale is divided into two groups: 1) for boats constructed in national (Croatian) shipyards; 2) for boats constructed in foreign shipyards.
