Regulation on fees for water management.

This Regulation prescribes the amount of fees for water management as regards the water treatment, at several stages of water supply (such as mining and quarrying; supply of electricity and other energy; premises engaged in food production; and other, construction works and new constructions, agriculture, forestry and fisheries, manufacturing industries; see the complete list and classification into different groups in article 2). This text also provides for the classification of tariff classes, and further defines the exemptions from payment of these fees in certain specific cases.
