Abstract
This Regulation officially establishes and indicates the financial structure of the envelope for the 2019 direct payments Programme (basic agricultural payment scheme), made up of funds from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the supplementary national direct payments from the state budget of the Republic of Croatia. This text here grants the implementation of the European Union legislative documents as listed in article 2.
