Regulation of the financial structure of the envelope for the program of direct payments in 2016.

This Regulation establishes the financial structure of the envelope for the program of direct payments related to the issues belonging to the year 2016, consisting of resources of the European Fund for Agricultural Guarantee (denominated as EAGF) and complementary national direct payments, also in accordance with the total national planned resources in state budget (of the Republic of Croatia).
This Regulation further ensures the implementation of the following regulations of the European Union: Regulation (EU) no. 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy and its repealing Regulations (EEC) No. 352/78, (EC) No. 165/94, (EC) No. 2799/98, (EC) No. 814/2000, (EC) No. 1290/2005 and (EC) 485/2008; Regulation (EU) no. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 laying down the rules for direct payments to farmers to support programs in the framework of the common agricultural policy and its repealing Council Regulations (EC) No. 637/2008 and Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009; Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/851 of 27 March 2015 (amending Annex II, III) of the Regulation (EU) no. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers to support programs in the framework of the common agricultural policy; and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/699 of 10 May 2016 on determining the upper limit of the budget for 2016 applicable to certain direct support schemes provided for in Regulation (EU) no. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
