Abstract
This Regulation establishes the financial structure and basic calculations for the actuation of the programme of direct payments in 2018 made by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and supplementary national direct payments from the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia.
This Regulation also provides for the implementation of the following EU Directives: Regulation (EU) No. 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the financing, management and control of the common agricultural policy and related repealing Council Regulations; Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 laying down rules for direct payments to farmers in support programs for common agricultural policy and repealing Council Regulation (EC) 637/2008 and Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009, as last amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/162; and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/891 of 21 June 2018 determining the upper limit for the 2018 budget applicable to certain direct aid programs provided for in Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013.
