Regulation on fire protection plan.

This Regulation here prescribes the necessary conditions and correct method of preparation and content of the fire protection plan for the area of the county, city and municipality and for buildings, building parts and other real estate or premises classified in the first (I) and second (II) group of fire hazard category. The plan consists of a textual and graphic part (the graphic part of the city or municipality plan also contains overview maps of eventually present forest land or forest areas). The plan also governs the way fire brigades and other participants act in the firefighting action procedure. The plan of the county, city or municipality shows the actual number, size, location and organization of fire brigades or volunteer fire brigades, as well as their areas of activity and responsibility.
