Abstract
This Regulation prescribes methods and standards of Fish Guard service, and: the form of the official report on a person performing recreational-sport fishing in contravention of The Law on freshwater fisheries and the Regulations there under; the form of the certificate and the temporary seizure of catch and/or fishing gear or equipment for fishing; the form of the Fish Guard identification card.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
