Abstract
This Regulation determines the following issues related to fishing and fish guard exam in freshwater fisheries: programme and manner of taking the fishing exam; form and manner of issuing the certificate of passed fishing exam; form, content and manner of keeping the register of issued certificates of passed exams; amounts or costs for conducting the fishing exam, including the fee for work in the Commission for fishing examination; programme and manner of taking the fish guard exam in freshwater fisheries; form and manner of issuing the certificate of passed fish guard or fish protection exam; form, content and manner of keeping the register of issued certificates of passed fish guard exam.
