Abstract
This Regulation governs the: types of fishing gear and equipment that can be used in commercial fishing with license and where commercial fishing is allowed on the Croatian sea domain; structural and technical characteristics, method of use and purpose of certain types of fishing gear and fishing equipment; type and purpose of fishing vessels, the strength of the main engine and/or drag forces; order and conditions for fishing in the fishing sea of the Croatian Republic or in individual parts of the fishing sea, part of the national maritime domain.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
