Abstract
This Regulation, for the purpose of rational management and protection of bluefin tuna, here prescribes: the allocation of the state quota to commercial fishing and non-commercial fishing as well as to subcategories of commercial and non-commercial fishing in 2025; fishing capacity in commercial fishing; rules related to by-catch and discards; conversion factor and time limits for fishing of bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus). Distribution of the state quota to commercial fishing and non-commercial fishing as well as to subcategories of commercial and non-commercial fishing in 2025 is given in the Annex 1 of this text. Related fishing vessel category is listed in Annex 2.
