Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on marine fisheries, for the purpose of rational management and protection of bluefin tuna, here prescribes the following: the distribution of the state quota between commercial fishing and non-commercial fishing, as well as sub-categories of commercial and non-commercial fishing in 2023; fishing capacity in commercial fishing; rules related to bycatch; time limits. The national quota in 2023 represents the total catch quota for bluefin tuna fishing.
