Abstract
This Regulation provides for the forest damage compensation schedule, which sets out the criteria for the compensation for forest damage, when the damage is determined.
For the purposes of this Regulation, forest damage means damage caused by natural or legal persons to a forest, forestland, forest products and forest infrastructure.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
