Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on fire protection, prescribes technical, preventive and other fire protection measures and rules for all forests, that are obliged to be implemented by owners or users of forests and forest land, holders or other users of forests and forest lands (including state administration bodies or local government entities). These rules are designated in order to reduce the risk of occurrence and rapid spread of forest fires and to provide an early detection, monitoring and notification procedure as regards the occurrence of forest fire and related timely action in extinguishing such forest fires.
