Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and requirements aimed to correctly define the manner of maintaining of the national single register of genetically modified organisms and the method for determining the cost of printing data from a single register.
In the unique register of GMO, there are records on closed systems, certificates and approvals for contained use of GMOs, info on the deliberate release of GMOs into the environment and placing of GMOs or products containing and/or consisting of or derived from GMOs on the market.
Unique GMO register shall be kept in written or electronic form.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation shall enter into force on the eighth day after the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, with the exception of the provisions of article 5 paragraph 6, article 6 paragraphs 2 to 4 and article 7, which will enter into force on the day of accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.
