Abstract
This Regulations prescribes the form, content and manner of keeping records on the commercial fisheries and landing declaration, reports on the catch and the method of delivery of completed files and reports, that must be provided by legal or natural persons engaged in commercial fishing in the sea, and natural persons engaged in small coastal fishing.
The Annexes I and II are an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enter into force on 1 January 2011, except for the provisions of articles 10 and 11 that will take effect: from 1 December 2012 on the vessels with total length of 12 meters or more; from 1 May 2012 on the fishing vessels with the total length of 15 to 24 meters; from 1 September 2011 on fishing vessels with total length of 24 meters or more.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on the register and delivery of information on commercial fisheries (Official Gazette 95/07, 134/08) will be no longer in force.
