Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary form, content and manner of keeping the register of commercial fisheries and landing declaration, also reports on the catch (legal and natural persons engaged in commercial fishing at sea), and also for natural persons engaged in small-scale coastal fishing activities on the territory of the Republic of Croatia (all related to records and reports).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
