Abstract
This Regulation defines several conditions aimed at imposing the good agricultural and environmental practices, including the related limits and measures for the effective control of the achievement of such rules, financial benefits and their percentage in relation with the effectiveness of performed tasks/practices, and also sets the official deadlines for the fulfillment of the same. Some of the topics covered by this text, and listed in the Annex, are as follows: erosion and soil conservation; issues on organic substance contents present in soil; harvest related practices; appropriate use of agricultural mechanization and machinery; preservation issues as regards various cultivated plants and crops; irrigation provisions.
The above mentioned good agricultural and environmental practices are minimum management requirements to be observed by all agricultural holdings based on the territory of the Republic of Croatia (article 2).
