Abstract
This Regulation regulates terms and provisions for the users of the aid meant for the purchase of fishing licenses or fishing gear (if enrolled in benefits for commercial fishing at sea, or part of a specific vessel already authorized for fishing).
The basic aim of this Regulation is to offer a state subsidy/aid for purchase of licenses or tools enrolled in benefits for commercial fishing at sea, and the major objective of this support is the conservation of biological resources of the sea and sustainable, rational management of biological resources on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
