This Regulation provides for the official reference points for undertaking action regarding the residues of substances in products of animal origin imported from foreign countries.
The provisions of this Regulation apply irrespective of whether analytical tests are carried out routinely, under reinforced checks or under safeguard measures on consignments of products of animal origin imported from foreign countries.
