Regulation on hunting season closure.

This Regulation determines the period of prohibition of hunting (hunting ban) in according with different species of game, depending on their biological properties and ecological conditions in which they live. Biological characteristics of the game are: breeding value, dynamics of the growth of such trophy game, migration of game and related breeding season. Ecological conditions are particularities of animal habitats also in terms of nutrition, shelter and location suitable for breeding of particular game species.
Article 4 sets the classification of game subject to the rules here provided, among the related closed hunting season dates.
