Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the Programme of support to beekeepers for repairing damages caused to bee colonies in the area of Međimurje County, adopted by the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia of 14 October 2020. This text indicates the procedures and conditions to be respected. Support objects of this Programme shall be granted in accordance with Commission Regulation (EC) No 1408/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the agricultural sector, as amended by Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/316 of 21 February 2019 amending Regulation (EU) no. 1408/2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the agricultural sector.
