Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary terms and modalities for exercising the right of investment support over the capital investments in agriculture, forestry and fisheries on the Croatian territory, the highest and lowest amount of investment subsidy that shall be determined by the users and their obligations and prescribed application forms for investments, and all other technical issues and related requirements.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
