Regulation on the implementation of the capital investment in agriculture, fisheries and forestry.

This Regulation prescribes the terms and modalities for exercising the right of irreversible investment support and capital investments in agriculture and fisheries, the highest and lowest amount of investment subsidy that can be approved and be determined by the users and their obligations, treatment requirements, and further provides for patterns and documents for the implementation of the model.
Investment aid shall be granted for the following capital investments: a) acquisition of pure-bred breeding animals in livestock; b) purchase of parent fish for breeding and selection work in aquaculture; c) investments in perennial crops; d) construction, reconstruction and equipping of facilities for agricultural production and aquaculture; e) fishing boats and new equipment and machinery for agriculture and fisheries; f) installation of new refrigeration equipment on vehicles for the transport of fruits, vegetables and fish; g) construction, renovation and equipping of facilities for the storage and processing of agricultural products and fish; h) purchase of private agricultural land due to the consolidation of farms.
