Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the terms implementation of the Croatian Co-financing Program for the analysis of soybean seeds for the presence of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) for the period from the year 2022 until the year 2024. Beneficiaries of the support are natural and legal persons entered in the Register of Agricultural Seed Suppliers and registered for seed processing. The competent national Ministry is in charge of carrying out related administrative control of applications for this kind of co-financing. Article 7 sets the conditions for related application procedures.
