Abstract
This Regulation determines the rules regarding the implementation of interventions of decoupled direct payments and coupled direct payments from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027 and IACS rural development measures that are considered as state aid measures for exceptionally sensitive sectors from the State aid programme for exceptionally sensitive sectors in agriculture adopted by the Government of the Republic of Croatia. Article 2 list all designated purposes that are subject to this type of financial support measures. All designated application forms and technical sheets and list are given in the Annex of this text.
