Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the interventions of production-unrelated direct payments and production-related direct payments from the Strategic Plan of the Joint Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia for the period from the year 2023 until the year 2027, including IAKS measures for rural development (from article 20, paragraph 1 of the Law on agriculture) and intended as state support measure for extremely sensitive sectors from the State Support Program for extremely sensitive sectors in agriculture for the year 2026 adopted by the Government of the Republic of Croatia. Detailed codes of products and activities that are subject to this type of support are given in the Annex of this text. Administrative application form samples are also given in the Annex.
