Regulation on implementation of intervention 73.05. Reconstruction (conversion) of degraded forests from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027.

This Regulation here determines the implementation of intervention 73.05. Reconstruction (conversion) of degraded forests from the Strategic Plan of the Joint Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027, procedures that shall be carried out by the Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development. List of enforced Regulations of European Union is given in article 2. Principles of implementation of the grant awarding procedure are defined in article 4. Issue regarding the concepts of protection of the financial interests of the European Union and the Republic of Croatia are laid down in article 5. Eligible users are both private forest owners and public forest owners (see article 7). Support is granted for forest conversion projects that include silvicultural procedures carried out in a stand to change and improve its structure (changes in stand form, cultivation form, degradation forms of forest into forest cultivation forms and changes in forest management). Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 contain all necessary technical sheets and data forms.
