Regulation on implementation of intervention 73.06. Modernization of forestry technologies in the extraction of wood, silviculture works and production of FRM (forest reproductive material) and interventions 73.07. Modernization of technologies in pre-industrial wood processing from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027.

This Regulation here determines the implementation of intervention 73.06. “Modernization of forestry technologies in wood harvesting, silviculture works and production of forest reproduction materials” and intervention 73.07. "Modernization of technologies in pre-industrial wood processing", from the Strategic Plan of the Joint Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027, which shall be both carried out by the Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development. List of enforced Regulations of European Union is given in article 2. Principles of implementation of the grant awarding procedure are defined in article 4. Issue regarding the concepts of protection of the financial interests of the European Union and the Republic of Croatia are laid down in article 5. Eligible users are: a) trading companies and trades in the category of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, which are not forest owners (excluding those liable for public procurement); b) private forest owners, legal entities and trades in the rank of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (excluding those liable for public procurement). Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 contain all technical sheets and criteria lists.
