Regulation on implementation of intervention 73.13. "Support to public infrastructure in rural areas" and intervention 74.01. "Support for public irrigation systems" from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027.

This Regulation here determines the implementation of intervention 73.13. "Support to public infrastructure in rural areas" and intervention 74.01. "Support for public irrigation systems" from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027. This text also specifies related procedures that will be carried out by the Agency for payments in agriculture, fisheries and rural development; the authority of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as the Management Body and additional procedural matters regarding possible appeals against the decisions of the Payment Agency. Eligible users are: a) forest owners; b) associations of forest owners; c) local self-government units that are not in the category of private forest owners. The support shall be granted for projects of construction and/or reconstruction of forest transport infrastructure.
