Abstract
This Regulation sets detailed requirement and provisions necessary for implementation of the intervention with code 76.01. which is denominated "Agricultural production insurance" and which is part of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia for the period from the year 2023 until the year 2027. Eligible beneficiaries are active farmers who have submitted a request for payment of support.
