Regulation on implementation of intervention 77.03. Support for EIP operational groups from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027.

This Regulation determines the implementation of intervention 77.03. Support for EIP operational groups from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027, procedures carried out by the Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development, the powers of the Ministry of Agriculture as the Management Body and the handling of appeals against the decisions of the Agency for Payments. This text determines the implementation of intervention 77.03. in accordance with the thematic EU legislative documents as listed in article 2. The beneficiary is any entity that is responsible for initiating and implementing a project co-financed from the Strategic Plan. User eligibility conditions are specified in article 7 (including natural and legal persons registered in the Register of Farmers in the category of micro, small or medium enterprises, recognized producer organizations in the agricultural and food-processing sector and other).
