Regulation on implementation of intervention 77.04. Support for short supply chains and local markets from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027.

This Regulation here determines the implementation of intervention numbered 77.04. “Support for short supply chains and local markets” which is part of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia for the programmed period form the year 2023 until the year 2027. A short supply chain is a supply chain that does not contain more than one intermediary between the producer and the final consumer. List of enforcements of related European Union regulations is given in the article 2. Principles of implementation of the grant awarding procedure are all listed in article 4. User eligibility conditions are laid down in article 7. Project acceptance conditions are defined in article 8.
