Regulation on implementation of intervention 77.06. "Support to the LEADER (CLLD) approach" from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027.

This Regulation defines the terms for implementation of intervention 77.06. "Support to the LEADER (in French: Liaison Entre Actions de Développement de l'Economie Rurale - connections between activities for the development of the rural economy, is a mechanism for implementing measures of the European Union's rural development policy, and is based on the implementation of local development strategies managed by local action groups) (CLLD - Community Led Local Development) approach" from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027. LEADER (in French: Liaison Entre Actions de Développement de l'Economie Rurale - connections between activities for the development of the rural economy) is a mechanism for implementing measures of the European Union's rural development policy, and is based on the implementation of local development strategies managed by local action groups). This text determines the implementation of the LEADER intervention in accordance with the provisions of related EU legislative documents (as listed in article 3).
