Abstract
This Regulation governs the implementation of intervention 78.a.01, "Crisis payments to farmers following natural disasters, adverse climatic events, or catastrophic events" under the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027; the procedures carried out by the Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development; the powers of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries acting as the managing authority; and the handling of appeals against decisions made by the Paying Agency.
