Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, prescribes the implementation of specific types of interventions in the beekeeping sector within the projections that are part of the already adopted strategic plan of the common agricultural policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023 2027. This text also ensures the implementation of the rules contained in the Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 establishing rules on support for strategic plans to be drawn up by Member States under the common agricultural policy (CAP Strategic Plans) and financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and repealing Regulations (EU) No 1305/2013 and (EU) No 1307/2013, among other as listed in article 2. The applicant submits to the Payments Agency a request for payment of support on the forms available on the official website of the Payments Agency.
