Regulation on the implementation of local development strategies within the intervention 77.06. "Support to the LEADER (CLLD) approach" from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027.

This Regulation determines the implementation of interventions within the local development strategies of local action groups, including the implementation of cooperation activities and their preparation (or LRS - LAG) within the framework of intervention 77.06. Support for the LEADER (CLLD) approach from the Strategic Plan of the Joint Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia for the planned period from the year 2023 until the year 2027. The implementation of these measures consists of three procedures regulated by this text: 1. project selection procedure; 2. Fund allocation procedure; 3. project implementation procedure. The aim of these measures is: a) strengthening the capacity of local stakeholders for the development and implementation of projects; b) developing a non-discriminatory and transparent selection procedure and selection criteria that avoid conflicts of interest and ensure that no single interest group separately controls selection decisions; c) preparation and publication of LAG tenders; d) selection of projects and determination of the amount of support and submission of the selected projects to the Agency for Payments for final verification of acceptability; e) monitoring progress in achieving LRS goals, including visits to the investment site; f) carrying out an evaluation of the implementation of the LRS.
