Abstract
This Regulation determines the rules for effective implementation of the Low Value Support Programme for farmers for the implementation of spring sowing of field crops. Eligible crops, subject to incentives, are fully listed in article 2. Details on granted support are listed in article 4. Eligibility conditions are laid down in article 5 (support shall be granted per each eligible hectare). Procedural matters regarding the submitting a request for support are defined in article 6. Administrative control related provisions are defined in article 7.
