Regulation on the implementation of Measure 1 from the State Support Program to compensate for the increase in the price of energy in the sectors of processing agricultural products.

This Regulation prescribes the implementation of Measure 1. Support for increasing the cost of energy sources, except for natural gas and electricity, from the State Support Program for compensation of the increase in the price of energy sources in the sectors of processing agricultural products. The support from the Program is granted on the basis of the Commission's Communication Temporary framework for state aid measures in crisis situations to support the economy after the Russian aggression against Ukraine from 28 October 2022. Family agricultural holdings and trades registered for the performance of agricultural activities as natural persons are also eligible under the terms of this Regulation. User eligibility conditions are laid down in article 5.
