Regulation on the implementation of Measure 1 from the State Support Program for the livestock sector due to impaired production potential.

This Regulation prescribes the implementation of Measure 1. Support for the restoration of impaired production potential in the dairy cattle, sheep and goat breeding sector from the State Support Program for the Animal Husbandry Sector due to impaired production potential. Support for the Measure is granted in accordance with point 3(d) and 6(h) of Article 14 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/2472 of December 14, 2022 on the declaration of certain categories of support in the agriculture and forestry sectors and in rural areas compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. Eligible users are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises which: a) deliver milk to an approved facility dealing with food of animal origin; or b) are registered in the Register of approved establishments in the business with food of animal origin; or c) are entered in the Register of registered facilities in the business with food of animal origin with a description of the activity of milk processing on the farm and/or cheese and cream and/or milk machine and/or mobile milk machine.
