Regulation on the implementation of Measure 1. Subsidies for the restoration of damaged production potential in the sector of dairy cattle, sheep and goat breeding.

This Regulation prescribes the implementation of Measure 1. Aid for the restoration of impaired production potential in the dairy cattle, sheep and goat sectors from the State Aid Programme to the Livestock Sector due to impaired production potentials. Eligible beneficiaries are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (entered in the Register of Farmers or the Register of Family Farms). Form and method of granting aid are defined in article 5.
