Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the implementation of Measure 2. Support to small dairies for reimbursement of milk collection costs for the period 2024-2026 from the State Support Program for the Animal Husbandry Sector due to impaired production potential. Support from the Measure is granted in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) no. 2023/2831 of 13 December 2023 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid. Support calculation formula among other rules is given in article 4. Eligible beneficiaries of support from this Measure are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (see article 5).
