Regulation on the implementation of Measure 2 from the State Support program for compensating the increase in the price of energy in the sectors of processing agricultural products.

This Regulation prescribes the implementation of the State Support Program for compensating the increase in the price of energy in the sectors of processing agricultural products in 2024. Measures of the Program here implemented are: Measure 1. Support for increasing the cost of energy sources, except for natural gas and electricity; Measure 2. Support for additional costs incurred due to extremely large increases in the prices of natural gas and electricity. Support from the Program is granted on the basis of the Commission's Communication Temporary framework for state support measures in crisis situations and for the transition to support the economy after the Russian aggression against Ukraine from 9 March 2023.
