Abstract
This Regulation establishes various rules as regards the effective implementation of the measure 4 "Investments in physical assets", its sub-measure 4.1 "Support for investments in agricultural holdings, that are part of the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatian for the period 2014-2020.
This Regulation is also in accordance with many European Union and European Council Directives and Regulations (complete list stipulated in the article 2 of this text) such as: Regulation (EU) no. 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 laying down common provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, European Social Fund, Cohesion Fund, European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Fund for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and on laying down general provisions on the European regional development Fund, European social Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Fund for maritime affairs and fisheries and its repealing Council Regulation (EC) no. 1083/2006; Regulation (EU) no. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and its repealing Council Regulation (EC) no. 1698/2005; Regulation (EU) no. 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy and its repealing Regulations (EEC) No. 352/78, (EC) No. 165/94, (EC) No. 2799/98, (EC) No. 814/2000, (EC) No. 1290/2005 and (EC) No. 485/2008; Delegated Regulation (EU) no. 640/2014 of 11 March 2014 and its amending Regulation (EU) no. 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council in respect of the Integrated Administration and Control System and the conditions for refusal or suspension of payments and administrative penalties that apply for direct payments, support of the rural development and cross-compliance; Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 808/2014 of 17 July 2014 laying down the rules of application of Regulation (EU) no. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
