Regulation on the implementation of Measure 4 from the State Support Program for the livestock sector due to impaired production potential.

This Regulation prescribes the implementation of Measure 4. Support for the co-financing of the work of breeding associations in the area of animal husbandry for the period 2024-2026, from the State Support Program for the Animal Husbandry Sector due to impaired production potential. Support from this Measure is granted in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) no. 2023/2831 of 13 December 2023 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid. Eligible costs in accordance with the goals of the Program are laid down in article 4 (for issues regarding administrative costs of setting up and further keeping of register books; costs of tests carried out by breeding associations or carried out by third parties on their behalf, in order to determine the genetic quality or test for own growth and development, with the exception of checks carried out by the livestock owner as well as routine milk quality checks; costs of education and information of livestock breeders on the implementation of breeding programs, organization of expert meetings for breeders; participation in the work of national and international organizations and gatherings in the field of implementation and presentation of breeding and selection work in animal husbandry).
