Regulation on the implementation of measure 4.4. Non-productive investment support linked to the achievement of the goals of agriculture, environment and climate change, from the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014-2020.

This Regulation establishes the implementation of the measures contained in the sub-section 4.4. "Support for non-productive investments related to the achievement of the objectives of agriculture, environment and climate change", in particular the section 4.4.1 "Non-productive investments related to environmental conservation", part of the already adopted Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the programmed period 2014-2020.
The list of European Union documents that are observed and respected is under the article 2 of this text.
Possible users of these measures are as follows: agricultural holdings entered in the Register of Farmers; public institutions and bodies, including public institutions for the management of protected areas; associations that deal with protection and promotion of cultural values, environmental protection and nature.
