Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the implementation of Measure 2. Aid to mitigate losses incurred in facilities for pig slaughter and pork processing, from the State Support Program for the Animal Husbandry Sector due to impaired production potential. Support from this Measure is granted in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) no. 2023/2831 of 13 December 2023 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid. Eligible beneficiaries of support from this Measure are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises dealing with pig slaughter and/or pork processing (see article 4 for additional eligibility conditions). The amount of support is determined in accordance with official data in the acceptable period from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2023 during the period of restrictions on turnover and production restrictions of certain products in relation to the same reference period in 2022 (see article 5). Method and deadlines for submission of Request for support are defined in article 6.
