Abstract
This Regulation hereby determines the implementation of measures such as: 03 "Quality systems for agricultural products and foodstuffs", its sub-measures 3.1. "Aid for new participation in quality systems" and 3.2. "Support for the information and promotion carried out by producer groups in the internal market" all parts of the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014-2020.
This text transposes and respects the provisions contained in the following documents: article 16 of the Regulation (EU) no. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and its repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
